This package is designed for the bride who wants to enjoy the planning process and wants to place the details in the hands of a professional wedding planner she can trust. Every detail will be taken care of from the day you book until the day you drive away with your new husband. You do not have to worry about a thing!

Package Inclusions:

Pre-Wedding Details:

• Detailed month-to-month timelines for bride with necessary tasks to accomplish
• Four personal appointments with wedding planner
• Unlimited contact through phone and/or e-mail
• Vendor recommendations
• Availability to attend any appointment with bride
• Contract reviews
• Detailed paperwork for bride and family including vendors chosen, contact information, room layouts, designs, etc.
• Confidence of having a wedding professional that works well with other vendors, bride and groom's family, bridal party, and guests.
• Behind the scenes planning to ease every worry and stress
• Confirm all vendors week of wedding
• Create detailed floor plans including seating, chairs, room set-up, table set-up, etc.
• Coordinate rehearsal and all accompanying details

Wedding Day Details:

• Arrive early to meet and greet wedding vendors and oversee a perfect set-up of ceremony and reception site
• Provide any necessary set-up including placement of guestbook, programs, favors, candles, etc.
• Pin on all corsages and boutonnieres on bridal party and family members
• Assurance that everything will start on time and any last minute or unforeseen events will be taken care of promptly and professionally
• Work alongside minister to coordinate ceremony details including the order, the signing of the marriage license, etc.
• Work alongside DJ/Band to coordinate order of reception, which includes cake cutting, first dance, parent dances, etc.
• Oversee and/or help with clean up, placement of left over food and cake, gifts, etc.

Wedding Month Only Planning Package

This package is designed to make sure every detail the bride has planned will take place perfectly on her wedding day. The bride does all of the planning herself, and then a month before her wedding, Embellished helps with final details, coordinating the rehearsal, and making sure the wedding day is perfect!

• All vendors and details will be confirmed the week of the wedding
• Coordinate rehearsal and accompanying details

Wedding Day Details

The rehearsal dinner is an event that is separate from the wedding and the reception. If you or the groom’s family would like help planning the rehearsal dinner, we offer a discounted rate if you book us to plan your wedding.

Bridal Shower and Bachelorette Party Planning:

We are happy to help design, offer game ideas, food, beverage, and dessert ideas when it comes to planning your bridal shower or bachelorette parties. Once again, we offer a discounted rate if you book us to plan your wedding.

Guest Welcome Baskets:

We love designing “Welcome Baskets” for your out of town guests or anyone staying at a hotel for your wedding. The price is determined by the following factors: quantity, woven basket or paper bag, Ozarka or Fiji water, the amount of snacks, etc. We also put a brochure of Oklahoma City of “things to do” and a welcome note from the bride and groom. It is a great way to thank guests for coming to your wedding.

Destination Weddings

We are happy to travel and assist with all wedding details at the destination of your choice. We help with all of the behind the scenes planning to make sure no detail is overlooked:

• Work with travel agent to make sure all necessary arrangements are made

• Contact the venue coordinator at the destination of choice throughout the planning process to make sure ceremony details are correct, the layout and design are correct, and every detail is exactly as the bride wants

• Type up detailed intineraries for all bridal party members and family members to make sure every flight is made, every bag is packed, every appointment is made, etc.

• Unlimited contact through phone or e-mail

• Several appointments with Amanda to make sure everything is perfect
