Amanda is the owner of Embellished Weddings. After enjoying every detail of planning her own wedding, she immediately began working in the wedding industry and began planning weddings. She has gone through extensive training under other professional wedding coordinators. Amanda first gained knowledge and experience with weddings while she worked at one of Oklahoma City’s finest wedding venues where she planned hundreds of weddings. Through her time there, she has created dozens of contacts with other wedding professionals such as florists, photographers, rental companies, etc.

Amanda and her husband, Colby, live in the Edmond area. They have been married for almost 7 years and have four kids: one daughter named Adelyn and three sons: Colton, Caden and Asher.

In 2013, Amanda is only taking a limited number of weddings so she can focus more of her time and energy raising her four kids. She is excited to have Whitney and Leslie join her team as executive wedding designers and planners.

When Amanda is not spending her time working on weddings, you can find her taking care of the kids, working on crafts, reading, going to the gym, training for a marathon and spending time with friends and family. Amanda is passionate about life and eager to come alongside of you to turn your dreams into reality!
